Project Portfolio from Experience as an Marketing Lead for the Infrastructure Market 

Brand Awareness Efforts

Victaulic provides pipe joining solutions for a wide range of applications in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. While Victaulic's solutions remain the same for all of the sectors, each sector's customer's needs and wants vary. 

As the Market Lead for the Infrastructure Division, it was my responsibility to design a marketing plan specific to the water, wastewater, desalination, transportation, and power industries. Through collaboration with the Sales, Market Research, Product Management, and Engineering Teams, I was able to produce effective marketing efforts specific to the Infrastructure Division of Victaulic. 

The overall goal of the marketing efforts was to generate and maintain brand awareness for the Infrastructure Division that Victaulic serves.

Social Media Efforts

My goal was to build, implement, and maintain a social media presence specific to the infrastructure market to support the brand awareness efforts. In conjunction with supporting the company's overall objectives, these efforts were designed to showcase a specific portion of the business. 
Large amounts of planning and collaboration were required with various support teams and stakeholders to launch this initiative. This resulted in the launch of the Victaulic Infrastructure LinkedIn Showcase page. 
Deep dives into analytics and competitor analysis were necessary to increase engagement and activity. Continuous content creativity and development supported visitor and follower interaction and retention. 

Public Relations Efforts (Editorial)

In order to be recognized as a valuable partner in the external infrastructure market, it was vital to have content developed placed in publications that reached our customer base. 
Editorial content was developed on a wide range of topics, including, case studies, though-leadership pieces, and technical data. Each piece was created for a specific internal Victaulic "Subject Matter Expert" to appropriately show how Victaulic was a "player" in the market.
